Employer Partner Program
VCU Career Services is pleased to expand our partnership opportunities with employers across our community, region and beyond. As a VCU Career Services Employer Partner, you will have the exclusive opportunity to provide VCU students and alumni with high-quality career development opportunities and events, which in turn help you recruit top-level VCU candidates.

The following sponsorship packages are in effect for the VCU fiscal year(July 1 through June 30) for which they are obtained. Career fair registrations include two representatives for your organization. Companies can bring their own additional recruiters for a fee of $25 per recruiter."
- Company feature on rotating digital marketing TV slide in the Student Commons for one week
- Registration for one career fair ($200 value)
- Featured employer of the month on plaque in front office
- Included as employer sponsor on VCU Career Services website
- Dedicated VCU Career Services consultant
- Company feature on rotating digital marketing TV slide in the Student Commons for one month
- Registration for one career fair ($400 value)
- Company name featured in career fair employer directory for students
- Featured employer of the month on plaque in front office
- Included as employer sponsor on VCU Career Services website
- Included as employer sponsor on monthly email blast (once per year, one employer per month)
- Dedicated VCU Career Services consultant
- Company feature on rotating digital marketing TV slide for one month on Monroe Park Campus or MCV Campus (you choose the campus)
- Registration for one career fair ($475 value)
- Company name and small logo featured in career fair employer directory for students
- In-person events:
- Includes prime placement and electricity for booth
- Custom employer name tent at career fair
- Featured employer of the month on plaque in front office
- Included as employer sponsor on VCU Career Services website
- Custom recruitment and branding plan with dedicated VCU Career Services consultant
- A dedicated weeklong social media campaign to your target students; one week per semester
- Custom information session with VCU career advisers, academic advisers and faculty in majors/focus areas of your choice
- Invitation to networking event with VCU Office of Alumni Relations
- Included as employer sponsor on monthly email blast (once per year, one employer per month)
- Company feature on rotating digital marketing TV slide for one month on both Monroe Park Campus and MCV Campus
- Registration for two career fairs ($975 value)
- Company name and medium-size logo featured in career fair employer directory for students
- In-person events:
- Includes prime placement, electricity for booth and reserved parking in preferred VCU lot
- Recognition on signage at all career fairs
- Custom employer name tent at career fair
- Featured employer of the month on plaque in front office
- Included as employer sponsor on VCU Career Services website
- Meeting with a student group/organization (once per academic year; lunch on campus provided by VCU or Zoom session while virtual)
- Targeted emails to students to promote your organization and opportunities; two emails per semester, built and coordinated by VCU Career Services
- Academic engagement: Guaranteed opportunity to talk with/present to at least one class during the academic year
- Employer-in-Residence (nine-month affiliate parking privileges, $750 value)
- Invitation to an employer recognition event
- Custom recruitment and branding plan with dedicated VCU Career Services consultant
- Custom information session with VCU career advisers, academic advisers and faculty in majors/focus areas of your choice
